The refurbishment of this lower ground floor flat to a converted Hampstead mansion and to replace the derelict attached garage and conservatory.
A 2 storey extension containing extra bedrooms at the lower level and a kitchen / family room at upper ground floor was added linked by a curved staircase with new living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms reorganised and refurbished in the existing flat.
